These Terms of Sale describe the terms and conditions of sale for TechnuPet.By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms of Sale.
1. Formation of the contract
An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding sales contract is only concluded after receipt of our confirmation email indicating that your order has been accepted and shipped. In the event of product unavailability, incorrect information, or suspected misuse, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.
2. Product information and availability
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, specifications, and availability. However, slight variations in dimensions, colors, or finishes may occur. If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and offer you an alternative or refund.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT applicable in all countries we sell, unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges and other additional fees are displayed before you complete your purchase. We maintain the right to modify our prices without affecting confirmed orders.
4. Payment
Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase, using the payment methods listed in our Payment Policy. We reserve the right to withhold shipment until payment is received.
5. Delivery and transfer of risks
Delivery times and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Title to the products is transferred to you upon full payment. The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the product to the delivery address you have provided.
6. Returns and Cancellations

7. Liability

For customers residing in France, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, or Sweden, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
